PAN-AFRICAN YOUTH FOR SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT
This organization is established to create awareness in promoting and empowering the Female Education and to bring together youth in order to discuss the challenges faced by African nations and develop potential solutions.

VISION
Pan-African Youth for Societal Development sees in African continent that has been collectively transformed by the collaboration of youth across the globe. We work towards a vision of an Africa with equal access to education and opportunities.

MISSION
Pan-African Youth for Societal Development (PAYSOD) is a youth led cooperation created with a mission to alleviate poverty and improve female education in Nigeria and Africa at large, through empowerment programs.

GOAL
Our goal is to reach as many youth as possible in various institutions, communities in order to create a model for learning, research and sharing ideas. This ideas will then be linked hand-on project that others will emulate nationally and internationally. Pan-African Youth for Societal Development will work to have at least one or two meaningful projects in some state every year.

MEMBERSHIP
Every member of the public is invited to become a general member of Pan-African Youth For Societal Development, provided that they are committed to it vision, mission and goals. General members may be involved in fund raising or volunteering in parts of Africa to alleviate poverty and support girl child education in designated communities.

"Empowering Adolescent Girls : Ending the Circle of Violence"  Violence against girls, in all its forms, is a grave human rights violation rooted in gender inequality. Up to one-third of adolescent girls report their first sexual experience as being forced. At least 133 million girls and women have experienced female genital mutilation. When an adolescent girl experiences violence, often perpetrated by those closest to her, she has limited choices and opportunities. Without redress, the effects of such violence will last throughout her lifetime and may extend to future generations.
